Welcome to the wedding website of the soon to be Cottons. We can’t wait to celebrate this special moment with you. This space has been thoughtfully created to guide you through all the details as our wedding approaches—from venue information and RSVP, to the event schedule, wedding registry and all the moments that have led to the curation of this union. Having you with us on this day means everything, and we’re truly excited to share these moments, laughter, and memories together.

2024
Where It Began
Anthony and Karmyn met at their church sometime in early 2024. Later in the year Anthony co-led a small group that was called “At the Table” where a space was created for Jesus to move, community to grow, skills to be learned, and food to be eaten. When Karmyn joined the small group a friendship between the two began to blossom.
2025
Snowballs & Conversations
As time moved along, Anthony was persistent in trying to get Karmyn out of the house and with “the folks”, whether it was bowling, going out to eat, or a park day. Summer of 2025 the two stumbled across Droopy’s together with a couple of friends. Somehow they were back every other week, but now it was just the two of them, snow balls, and hours of conversations getting to know one another.
September
A Flat Tire Changed Everything
To know Karmyn is to know that she has lost plenty of tires on the streets of New Orleans. One night she popped a tire in the church parking lot after prayer and she called Anthony. After getting the spare on, the two talked for hours and Anthony offered to ride with her that weekend to Baton Rouge to get a new tire. That car ride turned into a day full of adventures and the two realized that God had been curating a love story far greater than they could have ever expected.

The Question
Karmyn knew early on that the two would spend forever together, and when she left to be with family during the holidays, Anthony realized that he didn’t want to spend another day apart from her. So when Anthony asked Karmyn to marry him June 20, 2026 it was an easy yes.

Forever Begins
Throughout their relationship they have prioritized Jesus, laughter, new experiences, and intentionally doing life together. The two are eager for their future together and cannot wait to celebrate this big moment.
